FX Residences
Slated to break ground in 2023, FX Residences will be our second HomeAid-built and HomeAid-owned housing project.
Everyone Deserves a Place to Call Home
Comprised of 16 total affordable housing units, there will 4 ADA units, 14 non-ADA units, and a manager’s unit.
To give a comfortable, home-like feel, FX Residences will also include an indoor-outdoor community space and wrap-around health services such as therapy, case management, addiction counseling, and more.
Access to Support and Care
FX Residences will be a home and place of refuge, located in the Lacy Neighborhood of Santa Ana, for our neighbors chronically experiencing homelessness. Our nonprofit partner Mercy House Living Centers will operate the permanent supportive housing project.
