La Veta Village
Slated to break ground in mid 2024, La Veta Village is our third HomeAid Orange County-owned housing project— a part of the continued expansion of our HomeAid model.
Housing Creates Community
La Veta Village will be comprised of three historic homes that HomeAid will renovate and modernize. An Accessory Dwelling Unit will be added to the rear of each home, increasing the number of units available for our neighbors in need.
The Village will include a Community Center, Community Garden, on-site case management services, and a 100-year-old Historic Avocado Tree, in addition to housing.

Located at 617, 625, and 637 West La Veta Avenue in the City of Orange, La Veta Village will be a unique, multigenerational affordable housing community that both families and seniors experiencing homelessness will call home.
